Campanópolis is located just an hour from the city of Buenos Aires, allowing many tourists to choose the Village as a must-see destination on their itinerary. The property offers the possibility for tourist agencies and transport companies to organize an unforgettable tour also during the weekdays. From a contingent of 25 people or more, special dates can be opened (to be coordinated with the agencies), to visit the Village on weekdays, extending our current schedule of guided tours.

A visit to Campanópolis is a walk for enjoyment and the encounter between nature and cultural heritage. Born of demolitions, the creativity and dreams of one man, Don Antonio Campana. With medieval reminiscences, González Catán is home to the most unusual recycling city in Argentina and its surroundings.

Along a mystical path, the 12 Little Houses of the Forest are crossed, to magically transport us to a fantastic place. When all this seems unbelievable we find fountains, lakes, quebracho bridges to tour the islands, docks, a Dutch windmill, a colonial chapel and an old locomotive.The Iron Museum or Ferroteca is one of the most interesting places where all kinds of wrought iron railings, hanging chandeliers, stained glass, antique objects and pieces of art are exhibited. There are also buildings where the materials used for their construction are the theme, such as, for example, the Stone House, the Wood Museum, the Slag House. In addition, you will be able to visit the Pasaje del Búho, the Caireles Museum, the Casa Proa de Barco, the Don Antonio museum and hundreds of secret spaces. Visiting the Campanópolis village is a transcendental museological experience, aimed at all ages and all people who want to connect with nature and creativity.

Guided tour information

The tour consists of a guided tour of approximately one and a half hours with the aim of explaining the history, construction, care of ecology and environment of the Village over almost 40 years. It includes visits to the interior of buildings and museums as long as this is authorized by the staff of the premises. There is the option that the guided tour can be carried out exclusively in Portuguese or English for the entire contingent, with prior notice for the planning of the activity.

The rest of the visit you can walk around and enjoy the property, have a simple picnic, take pictures only for tourist and recreational purposes, (not for commercial purposes), It should be noted that Campanopolis also has a market with a variety of sandwiches, hot dogs, empanadas, pizzas, wraps, cakes, among other things in case you need to consume any food or drink, a souvenir shop, a cell phone charging point, benches located outdoors and chairs outdoors and indoors.

Reservations are subject to availability on business weekdays.Payments are made by bank transfer and must be credited two days prior to the day of the guided tour.

Visits are not suspended due to rain, but the contingent has the possibility to reschedule once.
