    Visits are guided only; it is not permitted to explore the grounds on your own.Once it is over, you can take tourist photographs, without commercial purposes, and without wearing costumes.You can have a small picnic or enjoy some place that you haven't seen in more detail yet.

  • How often does the guided tour run?

    Tours depart only at the times indicated on the tickets and are assigned by the guides upon entry to the grounds. Therefore, we suggest arriving on time. Walking around the grounds without a guide is not permitted. Tours are guided only.

  • Can I bring a pet?

    No pets allowed under any circumstances.

  • Do people with disabilities have to pay admission?

    People with disabilities can access our Campanopolis free of charge through online booking, subject to availability. They also have the option of bringing a companion at no additional cost, provided their Disability Certificate (CUD) includes proof of this need. This certificate must be presented at the entrance, as it is essential for entry.

  • Does the companion of a person with a disability have to pay for admission?

    Free admission extends to one (1) companion when the disability certificate includes accreditation of such requirement and the online reservation has been made, as we are subject to availability. Otherwise, the companion must pay admission. (This must be presented at the entrance and is required for entry).

    The guided tour will not be cancelled due to rain. We suggest you dress appropriately for the occasion. Purchased tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances and can only be rescheduled once before their expiration.

    The property features a market with a variety of sandwiches, hot dogs, empanadas, pizzas, wraps, tarts, and other items.Visitors may have a simple picnic (No barbecue, hot food, or alcoholic beverages).We have gluten-free products, such as sweets, cookies and snacks (not food).

    There are no taxis or private car services available in the area. We suggest you come and return using your own transportation.

  • Can I bring my drone on the guided tour?

    Flying drones is prohibited on guided tour days.

  • So I can't enter the village?

    It is forbidden to bring loud music from speakers, to change clothes or costumes, to ride bicycles, to fly drones or radio-controlled airplanes or cars, to bring horses, or to bring quad bikes. Campanopolis is a large-scale museum, meant to be visited, appreciated, enjoyed, and to take away a different message. (It is not a leisurely stroll.)

  • What are the rules of coexistence?

    We suggest you treat the place and facilities as if they were your own home, throw trash in the bins, and refrain from painting walls or bathrooms. Spitting, smoking, loud noises or voices, or any other activity that may disturb other visitors is also prohibited.Adults accompanying children are fully responsible for them. Running, shouting, or any other activity that may disturb other guests is not permitted in this area. The establishment reserves the right to refuse admission or to refuse service.

  • Do they have activities/games for children?

    Campanopolis does not have games or activities for children, as it is a cultural space only to be visited with a guided tour and for this reason it is not allowed to enter with balls, bicycles, skateboards among other recreational objects, since it is a large scale museum and any object that can be damaged is irreplaceable.We suggest it for children 14 years and older.

  • What clothing do you suggest for attending the village?

    Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for a day in the countryside, and bring sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and a sun hat. The location is semi-rural.

    There are no shows on the guided tour.

    Campanopolis does not have lodging.
