  • HOW OFTEN DOES THE GUIDED TOUR DEPART?

    Tours depart only at the times stipulated at the entrances and are assigned by the guides at the time of entry to the premises. Which is why we suggest arriving on time. It is not allowed to tour the grounds without guides. Tours are guided only.
  • CAN I BRING A PET?

    Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
  • DO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES PAY ADMISSION?

    People with disabilities can access Campanopolis free of charge through online booking, subject to availability. In addition, they have the option of bringing a companion at no additional cost, as long as the Single Certificate of Disability (CUD) includes accreditation of this need. This certificate must be presented at the entrance to the premises, as it is essential for entry.
  • DO THE COMPANIONS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES PAY ADMISSION?

    Free access is extended to one (1) companion when the disability certificate includes proof of such requirement and the reservation has been made online as we are subject to availability.     The guided tour is not suspended due to rain, we suggest you wear appropriate attire for the occasion, the tickets purchased cannot be returned under any circumstances, they can only be rescheduled once before their expiration.

    The property has a market with a variety of sandwiches, hot dogs, empanadas, pizzas, wraps, cakes, among other things.

    Visitors can have a simple picnic (no barbecue, no hot meals, no alcoholic beverages).

    We do not have taxis or remises in the area. We suggest coming and coming back with your transportation

  • CAN I BRING MY DRONE TO THE GUIDED TOUR?

    It is forbidden to fly a drone on guided tour days.
  • WHAT CAN'T I ENTER THE VILLAGE WITH?

    It is forbidden to attend with speakers with loud music, to change clothes or costumes, you cannot ride with bicycles, you cannot fly drones or radio-controlled airplanes or cars, you cannot enter with horses, you cannot enter with quadricycles. Campanopolis is a large-scale museum, to visit, appreciate, enjoy and bring a different message. (It's not a walk.)
  • WHAT ARE THE RULES OF COEXISTENCE?

    We suggest taking care of the place and facilities as your own home, throwing papers in the trashcans, not painting walls or bathrooms. You should also not spit, smoke, disturb with noises or voices, or any other activity that may disturb the rest of the visitors.

    Adults who attend with children are fully responsible for minors, the place is not suitable for running, shouting or doing any other activity that may make the rest of the passengers uncomfortable. The house reserves the right of admission and permanence on the premises.

  • DO YOU HAVE ACTIVITIES/GAMES FOR CHILDREN?

    Campanopolis does not have games or activities for children, since it is a cultural space only to visit with a guided tour and for this reason it is not allowed to enter with balls, bicycles, skateboards among other recreational objects, since it is a large-scale museum and any object that can be damaged is irreplaceable.

    We suggest for children ages 14 and up.

  • WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST TO DRESS IN THE VILLAGE?

    Wear comfortable clothing, according to a picnic, bring sun protection, mosquito repellent and a sun-protective cap. The place is in a semi-rural area.
  • ARE THERE SHOWS ON THE GUIDED TOUR?

    On the guided tour, there are no shows.
  • CAN I STAY AT CAMPANOPOLIS?

    Campanopolis does not have accommodation.
  • DO YOU HAVE SPACE TO STORE LUGGAGE/BELONGINGS?

    Campanopolis does not have space to store suitcases or any belongings with which you enter the premises.
